Eligibility
Open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least thirteen (13) years old at the time of entry. Entrants under eighteen (18) must have a parent or legal guardian’s permission to participate. Employees of Sponsor, its affiliates, advertising or promotion agencies, and members of their immediate household are not eligible to participate.

Sweepstakes Period
The Sweepstakes begins on October 31, 2025 at 12:00 AM Central Time and ends on December 31, 2025 at 11:59 PM Central Time (the “Sweepstakes Period”).

How to Enter
Two ways to enter:
A. Product Entry Method
One (1) Golden Ticket card will be randomly inserted inside one (1) Bauer Lite Internal Weight (Chocolate variant) product package during the Sweepstakes Period. Finding a valid Golden Ticket in your product package and following the ticket instructions constitutes entry and a claim to the prize.
B. Alternate Free Entry Method (No Purchase Necessary)
To enter without purchase, handwrite or print your full name, mailing address, email address, and phone number on a postcard and mail it to:

Mail-in entries must be postmarked by December 31, 2025 and received by January 7, 2026. Limit one (1) mail-in entry per person during the Sweepstakes Period, regardless of method.

Prize
One (1) winner will receive a $100 Omnitype digital gift card. Approximate retail value: $100. The prize is non-transferable and no substitution is permitted except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the prize with one of equal or greater value if circumstances require.

Winner Claim and Verification
If you find a Golden Ticket, follow the claim instructions printed on the ticket. To claim the prize you must: (a) email support@omnitype.com with a photo of the Golden Ticket, (b) provide your name and shipping address, and (c) provide proof of original purchase if applicable. The physical Golden Ticket must be presented to Sponsor upon request. Sponsor reserves the right to require additional proof of identity.

Mail-in Winner Selection
If the Golden Ticket is not claimed by the physical claim deadline below and eligible mail-in entries were received, Sponsor will select one (1) winner at random from all eligible mail-in entries.

Claim Deadlines and Extension If No Entries Exist
Physical ticket claim deadline: January 31, 2026 at 11:59 PM Central Time. Mail-in receipt deadline: mail-in entries must be received by January 7, 2026.
If, by January 31, 2026, (a) no valid Golden Ticket claim has been received and (b) Sponsor has received zero eligible mail-in entries, Sponsor may extend the Sweepstakes Period until at least one eligible entry is received. Sponsor may extend the Sweepstakes Period for up to one hundred and eighty (180) days past January 31, 2026. Any extension and new end date will be posted at omnitype.com/pages/golden-ticket-rules within five (5) business days of the decision to extend.

If Extension Concludes With No Eligible Entries
If after any extension there remain no eligible entries, Sponsor will conduct a random drawing from purchasers of the eligible product during the Sweepstakes Period to select a winner. Purchasers who wish to be included in any such purchaser drawing must provide proof of purchase when requested.

Odds of Winning
Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received and other factors described above.

Publicity Release
Except where prohibited, entry constitutes permission to use entrant’s name, likeness, city and state, and entry for promotional purposes without additional compensation.

Limitation of Liability
Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, or undelivered mail, stolen packages, damaged tickets, or entries not received. Sponsor is not responsible for any technical errors or system malfunctions. By participating, entrants release Sponsor from any liability arising from or related to participation or acceptance of any prize.

Disputes
Except where prohibited, entrant agrees that any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes will be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and governed by the laws of the State of Alabama.

Winner List
For the winner’s first name and state, send a self-addressed stamped envelope to Omnitype, Attn: Golden Ticket Sweepstakes Winner Request, 500-A Blake Bottom Road NW, Huntsville, AL 35806 within 30 days after the close of the Sweepstakes or email support@omnitype.com.
Sponsor reserves the right to verify identity and eligibility of any potential winner. Any false information or failure to comply with Official Rules may result in disqualification. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify entrants or claims that it determines, in its sole discretion, are fraudulent, suspicious, or duplicate.
